Two years, covered

Aquelia's glass chambers, glass lid, stainless-steel spigot and Walnut Stand are covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery. If a part is defective, we'll replace it free of charge, shipping included.

What's covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship, such as a leaking spigot seal or a chamber that cracks without impact under normal use.

What isn't covered

• Filter elements, which are consumables with their own rated life. Defective filters on arrival are replaced under our damage policy.
• Accidental breakage, drops and impact damage.
• Damage from hot water, sudden temperature changes, the dishwasher or abrasive cleaners.
• Small bubbles, ripples or variations in the glass. These are a natural part of hand-finishing, not defects.
• Normal wear and natural changes in the walnut.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.
