Find your tracking link

When your order leaves our US warehouse (within 1–3 business days), we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Search your inbox for Aquelia, and check your spam or promotions folder too.

See your order status

Your order confirmation email includes a View your order button that shows live status and tracking. If you created an account, you can also sign in to your account to see every order.

Email help@aquelia.com with your order number or the email you ordered with, and we'll send your tracking details within one business day.
