Free shipping on every US order

Every order to a US address ships free, with no minimum.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders leave our US warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

Glass-safe packaging

Each Aquelia is packed in protective, glass-safe packaging designed for the journey.

If something arrives damaged

It's rare, but glass is glass. If any part arrives chipped, cracked or broken:

1. Email help@aquelia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
2. We'll ship a replacement part free of charge. No need to return the damaged piece.
